LIDL UK (nationwide, 22 stores 2019 - 2022) Ongoing

We are proud and privileged to work with Lidl and be part of their amazing expansion in the United Kingdom. Since 2019 (ongoing) we have worked on 22 Lidl Store projects in England, Scotland and Wells, with hundreds of meetings and thousands of miles vested on top of the creative output. Bee Architects are working as part of the main contractor team, with drawings, details and information to meet the Building Regulations in the construction stages.

Additionally, we make the technical solutions more efficient by making sure that we analyse and optimise the plans that we are responsible for. Overall, this leads to an improved outcome, where the costs are reduced and the final built is more durable. We also produce drawings on a regular basis to support Planning Applications and Planning Permissions as well as drawings for the Party Wall Surveyors’ reports and to communicate with the Environment Agency.

 

Typical projects we are employed for are new build, refurbishments or changes of use. Although we deal with a wide range of situations, varying from standard to complex issues we nevertheless work side by side with the main contractor to deliver all the requests on time and to the highest standard
